B & P Health and Safety Management Consultants Ltd can offer the client a service to conduct a resource efficiency review of their organisation or an individual process.
The purpose of the resource efficiency review is to gather information and data from your current use of raw materials, utilities, packaging and wastes generated.

The review will involve a site visit to discuss, identify, and evaluate the inputs to the organisation, the process, and the outputs.

The client will be required to provide baseline data on raw materials, utilities (electricity, gas, water, and fuels), packaging, and waste produced.

Inputs, processes, outputs and wastes generated will be evaluated to determine where savings and improvements can be introduced.

The review process will also identify and evaluate compliance to current legislation and guidance.

A visit report will be prepared and presented to the client. The report will detail how improvements and savings can be made and recommendations to correct areas of legislative non compliance.

Resource efficiency reviews can be an effective management tool to reduce costs, improve efficiency and reduce waste.
Additionally, the resource efficiency review can be used as part of an Environmental Management System to identify and review objectives and targets.
